A property group has unveiled its plans for a 200-apartment scheme which had made up part of a stalled development.
Integritas Property Group (IPG) has bought part of the Westminster Park project, found off Blackstock Street near Scotland Road in Vauxhall, from Sourced Developments, as reported by Place North West.
IPG will now deliver a project it is calling Westminster Point, which will comprise 200 apartments, including 60 studio apartments, 100 one-bedroom apartments, and 40 two-bedroom apartments.
