Affordable family apartments in one of Liverpool's fastest up-and-coming areas

Wishing Well apartments is where IPG launched its first development. The decanted building in Liverpool was sourced through a housing association, who did not have the capabilities to bring the building up to fire and construction standards. IPG, under the Elavace brand where able to negotiate a deal to purchase the building, which is made up of 41 two-bedroom apartments, for £2,000,000 a couple of days before the UK went into lockdown in March 2020. With a construction budget of £1,200,000, along with an expected build schedule of 8 months, we were able to complete the build for under £1,000,000. We also delivered the project two months ahead of schedule, giving the company a profit of over £1,000,000.
