With groundworks beginning on the eight-storey Central Point, the first two phases of the Bastion development are set to be complete by the end of 2024.
Central Point is the second phase of developer Integritas Property Group’s four-phase project and comprises 69 one- and two-bed apartments. Van Elle and Melbrooke Services have begun enabling works on the site, which sits off Naylor Street in Liverpool’s Pumpfields neighbourhood.
Abrey Construction is the main contractor for the project, which has an estimated completion date of the final quarter of 2024....
