Central Point Development Update - February 2024

Hello investors,

I am thrilled to report that work onsite at Central Point is progressing exceptionally well. The dedication and hard work of our team have been instrumental in ensuring that we stay on track with our development programme.

In line with our meticulously planned schedule, the first 4 weeks of our 14-week groundwork program have been successfully completed. This accomplishment is a testament to our team’s efficiency and commitment to meeting our tight building timelines.

One of the most significant milestones achieved recently is the commencement of crucial foundation work. We are excited to see the emergence of the foundations from the sites large excavated area, marking a pivotal moment in the construction process.

Furthermore, our large onsite team has made remarkable progress in completing much of the foundation integrations. This progress is essential as we work towards positioning Central Point alongside our neighboring landmark, Bastion Point.

Overall, these developments signify our unwavering dedication to delivering Central Point with excellence and precision. We are confident that our project will continue to progress smoothly, thanks to the hard work and expertise of our team.
