Integritas Property Group (IPG), a prominent ethical property developer in the North West, has appointed Luke Gribben as the new Business Development Manager.
Gribben, who joins from Advantage Investment with over a decade of experience in sales and business development, will lead IPG's sales and commercial activities. His role involves conducting market research, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning sales and marketing strategies. IPG is known for significant projects like Bastion Point, Portside Place in Liverpool, and Deakin's Yard in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
The company aims to double its completed properties to 1,000 by 2028, with a projected revenue increase of 60%, reaching £150 million. CEO Mitchell Walsh emphasised IPG's strong market position and ambitious growth targets.
