Lyceum Construction Update - September 2023

Welcome to all existing and new stakeholders to our September update on our prestigious restoration project in Salford – The Lyceum.

We are pleased to announce the structural steel for the development has now been ordered and is due to arrive on site in the next two weeks.

Production on site has continued to progress, with almost all of the concrete pad foundations now formed, to act as a solid base for the structural steel to sit on.Our trip to China, as mentioned in our previous update, was a success. This has enabled all contractual and shipping terms to be agreed upon, to supply the windows that will restore the Grade II Listed faćade of the Lyceum in line with our high-quality programme.

Focusing on delivering the scheme in the best time frame possible and at the highest quality, the Integritas Team are diligently working to deliver the scheme in a prompt and swift manner.

We expect to see works truly accelerate at a great pace over the next few weeks and hope to showcase this prestigious project rising from the ground in our next update.
