Liverpool-based IPG is set to complete 422 residential units this year. In February it finished its £3.7m Copper Box office-to-residential conversion in Crosby Road North in Waterloo. It comprises 27 new apartments across six floors.

In late 2022 the developer broke ground on the £41.5m Bastion Point in Naylor Street in Vauxhall. This will see the delivery of 67 one and two-bedroom apartments for rent. In September 2023 IPG secured a £5m loan to complete the project.

This year IPG expects to have delivered developments in Merseyside and across the North West with a total value of just under £60m. By 2028 it aims to have completed 1,000 units with a total value of £150m.

To support its growth strategy the business has announced three new hires. Jane Atkinson has joined as a property buyer after 19 years at Gleeson Homes. Allan Spencer has been hired as a quantity surveyor following 16 years at VINCI Facilities.

And supporting Allan will be Perry Mahaffy who comes on board as a junior quantity surveyor with the business.
