IPG makes another key appointment amid significant growth - BTR News

Liverpool-based developer Integritas Property Group (IPG) has announced that it has made its third senior appointment. Ryan Guest will be joining the firm as Head of Development.

In his new role, Ryan will be accountable for the successful execution of all UK developments, while growing and maintaining the supply chain of all developments to ensure a smooth and safe delivery of quality.

With over two decades’ experience in the construction and built environment sector, most recently as Commercial Director at M-AR Offsite, Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role at IPG.

Throughout his career, Ryan’s strategic experience has helped achieve impressive commercial results. His in-depth knowledge of all aspects of civil engineering and house building, including procurement and estimating, will bring a unique perspective to IPG.
