Integritas Property Group (IPG) has hired Ryan Guest as head of development.
Guest, who has more than two decades’ experience in the construction and built environment sector, most recently served as commercial director at M-AR Offsite.
In his new role, he will be accountable for the successful execution of all of IPG’s UK developments, while growing and maintaining the supply chain of all of the Liverpool-based company’s developments.
Guest said: “Leading commercial teams within the construction industry is a real passion of mine, enabling me to make real, tangible differences to the growth of a company. Joining IPG now, at the point where their aspirational expansion plans are well underway, is hugely exciting, and I look forward to helping the team achieve their commercial objectives.”
