Developer Integritas Property Group (IPG) has completed its Bastion Point Build to Rent development in Liverpool. The scheme is located just a few minutes away from the city’s famous waterfront and cultural sites.
Alongside its central location and convenient connectivity, Bastion Point apartments feature contemporary interiors and first-class finishing touches. The layouts are open-plan and feature large windows, allowing natural light into the living spaces.
Founded in 2021, IPG aims to transform communities and areas across the Northwest into more desirable spaces. Its work includes The Lyceum in Manchester which secured a £10m development loan from Maslow Capital min 2023, Copper Box in Liverpool, and Deakin’s Yard in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
Bastion Point is IPG’s largest residential development to date. During 2024, the company completed 300 apartments, with a goal of delivering 600 units annually by 2027.
