Integritas Property Group completes Liverpool scheme - Insider Media

Integritas Property Group has completed its latest scheme in Crosby.

Copper Box comprises 27 apartments across six floors and is estimated to yield a 6.5 per cent NET rental yield.

The development was built during a boom for Liverpool, which is expected to grow its economy by more than £250m in the next three years.

Integritas Property Group chief executive Mitchell Walsh said: "It's great to see the competition of a development like Copper Box.
