Hello investors, this is Adam Ross from Integritas Property Group, and I’m thrilled to bring you an incredibly exciting update on our latest development in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Deakin’s Yard.

It brings me great pleasure to inform you that work onsite at Deakin’s Yard is progressing at a steady pace, reflecting our commitment to excellence and timely delivery. The external scaffold continues to be erected meticulously, ensuring that the facade works can be completed. 

Additionally, our team is diligently working on the fire stopping works, which are progressing within the build program. These efforts are essential as they align the building with the necessary planning requirements, ensuring compliance and quality in every aspect of the project.

Furthermore, I am pleased to report that the painting work on the structural steel is well underway across the site. This crucial step not only protects the structure of the building but also prepares it for the installation of further room partitioning, contributing to the functional and aesthetic aspects of the development.

In an exciting development, many of the apartments, which have already been equipped with kitchen units and appliances, have undergone thorough cleaning and preparation for the final finish. This meticulous attention to detail underscores our unwavering commitment to delivering top-quality properties that meet the expectations of our investors and future occupants alike.
