We’re thrilled to share the latest developments at Deakin’s Yard, which has seen tremendous progress in recent months. This market-leading student accommodation project is now entering the final stages of development, and we couldn’t be more excited about the results.

The external façade is nearly complete, beautifully showcasing a design that reflects the modern and dynamic spirit of the building. With the majority of external scaffolding now removed, the bold and innovative architecture is now fully visible, making a striking addition to Newcastle-under-Lyme.

Internally, the fit-out is fully complete, with all essential services including water, electricity, and heating systems, rigorously tested and ready for use. The remaining work is focused on the finer details, ensuring that every element meets our exacting standards. The final round of inspections and sign-offs is now underway, ensuring the building is delivered in perfect condition.

A Deakin’s Yard cluster apartment offers the perfect balance between private living and social interaction, tailored for the needs of modern students. Each apartment includes spacious private bedrooms that serve as a comfortable retreat for rest and study. These rooms are furnished with high-quality essentials such as a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair, ensuring practicality and comfort. Additionally, every bedroom is equipped with an en-suite bathroom, providing residents with privacy and convenience.
