Copper Box Construction Update - September 2023

Exciting news, Copper Box is on its way to becoming a vibrant reality as the kitchen installation has officially begun.

Internal works at Copper Box have continued at an phenominal pace, with insulation and first fix electrics now complete. The installation of kitchens and white goods marks significant progress for this exciting Copper Box development.

We’re thrilled to announce that kitchens have now been installed on the fifth floor, along with appliances.

All first-fix electrical, plumbing and sprinkler systems are now sealed off in all areas, enabling decorators to commence in the weeks ahead.

Internal doors on the top fifth and fourth floors are due on-site in the next two weeks. This will enable us to close off rooms and secure our fire-stopping measures approved by Building Control.The internal drainage works have now concluded and have been backfilled for the ground floor to commence fitting.

Off-site, the commercial team have placed the final contracts to our finishing subcontractors in line with the completion programme. Exciting times are ahead as work draws closer to an end with completion due in November 2023.
