Copper Box Construction Update - November 2023

In this November update, we are excited to share the latest update regarding our prestigious project in the heart of Crosby, Liverpool.

Exciting developments are underway as we near Copper Box’s final stages. We’re thrilled to announce that our show apartment, situated on the fifth floor, is now open for scheduled viewings through our dedicated letting agent, Curlett Jones.

This project has been executed to the highest standards, boasting stunning views of the River Mersey.  We take immense pride in offering potential residents the opportunity to explore this exceptional development in one of the most sought-after locations in the area.

The fifth floor apartments have been fully finished, and our dedicated teams are diligently progressing through the building. This week, the fourth floor will receive its floor coverings once the decorations are complete.

Our passenger lift is now in full operation, and we’re on the verge of completing all external works. In 

mid-November, SP Energy Networks is scheduled to carry out a new electrical upgrade, enabling the installation of new meters for each individual apartment and a landlord’s supply for all communal areas.
