Copper Box Construction Update - August 2023

A huge warm welcome to all our stakeholders to our Copper Box update for August 2023.

We are excited to announce that the first fix of plumbing and electrics are now complete, with final tests completed on the sprinkler system infrastructure now complete. This will allow our partition contractor to commence with boarding the second side of partitioning walls and ceilings up to the fifth and final floor.

Applications have been submitted for electrical and water upgrades to meet the buildings’ new demand for additional electrical loads and the sprinkler system for tenants to move in.

Our groundworks contractor is hard at work, installing the new drainage system on the ground floor and externals, while our fire-stopping specialist is sealing all penetrations under inspection by our Building Control experts, Assent.

We’re pleased to share that the lift is operational as of this week and has been lined out for protection to facilitate lifting light goods to individual floors. This comes during a great milestone for the development as kitchens commence this month, with the first delivery of white goods stored securely on site.

The Integritas Team are fully focused on delivering this prestigious project, and we are pleased to announce we are well on track for our projected November 2023 completion date.
