Central Point Development Update - July 2024

Hello investors,

We are delighted to share with you all the progress made onsite at Central Point over the past month.

Ten days ago, we successfully poured half of the ground floor slab, which is currently curing as planned. This marks a crucial stage in our project timeline, and we are pleased with the progress. In line with the project schedule, the shuttering pans have been erected, ensuring that the structure is being built according to our detailed plans and specifications.

In addition to these developments, the lift shaft pits have already been poured, representing another key step in the development’s evolution. This achievement is pivotal as it lays the groundwork for the vertical transportation systems within the building.

The preparation for the next half of the ground floor slab has also been completed, and it is now ready for pouring. This stage is essential for maintaining the momentum of our construction efforts and ensuring that we stay on track with our timeline.

We’ve made great strides in getting several key walls ready. The ramp wall, the wall along the side that connects Bastion Point and Central Point, are all prepped and set for pouring in the coming days. These steps are vital for the structural integrity and connectivity of the entire development.

On a final note, IPG is proud to announce that Abrey Construction, our long-term partner, is now the primary contractor on this project. With work well underway, the project is on course for completion in Q4 2025.
