Central Point Development update - April 2024

Hello investors,

I am delighted to present the April update from our remarkable Central Point Development project. I am pleased to announce that our excavation works have reached an impressive 90% completion milestone. This pivotal phase has witnessed remarkable progress, thanks to the dedication and hard work of our team on the ground.

 In parallel with the excavation, our substructure works have also progressed significantly, now standing at an impressive 90% completion rate. This phase is crucial in establishing the foundation for the structural integrity of CentralPoint, and I commend everyone involved for their tireless efforts.

 Our team has been making excellent progress in constructing the core walls below ground level. Currently, the bases and walls have reached a depth of 3.5meters, marking an 80% completion rate.

Another significant milestone we have achieved is the completion of the concrete ring beam atop the core walls.This critical element plays a vital role in accommodating brickwork and reinforced concrete planks for the floor slab. I am pleased to report that thiscomponent is now 80% complete, showcasing our attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
