Central Point Development Update - March 2024

As of the latest assessment, our groundworks have reached an impressive completion rate of 65-70%. This significant progress underscores the dedication and efficiency of our team, who have been working tirelessly to ensure that all aspects of the groundworks are executed to the highest standards.

One of the notable achievements in this phase of the project is the construction of shear walls, which are essential for providing structural stability to the building. Additionally, the completion of lift pits marks another important milestone, laying the groundwork for the installation of elevators in the future.

Furthermore, I am delighted to announce that the site has been meticulously prepared for the commencement of operations by our construction partner, Big Red. Their expertise and capabilities are invaluable assets to the project, and we are confident in their ability to deliver exceptional results. However, it is important to note that the commencement of operations is contingent upon the upcoming closure of Oriel Street, which we anticipate the approval of in the coming days.
