Integritas Property Group are proud to bring you our first update, following the successful planning application and launch of our latest project, Cavendish Waters.
Sitting on the banks of the Leeds and Liverpool canal is our brand new 70 unit scheme, which has been selected to give residents easy access to the centre of Liverpool. The waterside block will consist of six stories, and the adjoining block will add an additional four stories in height, facing Commercial Road, which will benefit from an open aspect with views across the large local playing fields. A podium garden area adjoins both blocks, with car parking below and additional cycling storage space.
Our first step on this project will be to carry out a full ground investigation survey, which will determine the foundation solution for the scheme. This is particularly important due to the close proximity of the canal banks. For this not to be breached, we anticipate sheet piling will need to be installed as the initial operation, which will be designed and installed in close liaison with the Canals and River Trust.
Once again, we have enlisted the expertise of trusted design partners, Snow Architects, to assist through the planning stage of design. Additional support will come from our appointed structural engineer, fire consultant, M&E consultant and environmental specialists.
Works are due to commence in June with an envisaged completion date of May 2024. The Integritas team are extremely excited about delivering this scheme, which will add to our already impressive portfolio and hope you, like us are looking forward to seeing our monthly updates and progress images.
