The whole team here at IPG is pleased to provide you with the latest update from our amazing Liverpool project, Cavendish Waters. We have now completed 40% of the excavation works and cart away, which has really opened up the ground for the commencment of foundation works.
Next, we will begin the installation of sacrificial piles. These piles are essential for preventing water incursion into the site and will help us establish the correct height for the transfer slab. This step is critical for ensuring the structural integrity of the building.
Over the next four weeks, we will complete the remaining excavation work. This process will involve the efficient and safe removal of all remaining soil and debris from the site. Our primary focus will be to ensure that the excavation is conducted with the utmost care to prevent any damage to surrounding structures or landscapes.
Following the excavation, we will start the concrete slab groundworks. This phase is a key transition from groundwork to building construction, as the concrete slab will serve as the foundation for the entire structure.
Our team is focused on completing these tasks on schedule and to the required specifications. We appreciate the ongoing support and patience of our stakeholders and the community as we progress with the Cavendish Waters project.
We will continue to provide regular updates as we make further progress. Thank you for your continued interest and support.
