Work onsite is progressing at an impressive pace, despite the team uncovering a greater volume of buried concrete and reinforced materials than initially expected. However, our experienced site team has tackled this head-on, systematically breaking down and removing these materials with efficiency and precision, ensuring that our schedule remains on track.
With site clearance now approaching its final stages, our focus is shifting towards the careful removal of spoil and excess materials. This is a crucial step in preparing the ground for the upcoming construction phase. Over the coming days, specialist machinery will be brought in to facilitate the transportation and disposal of these materials, ensuring all processes adhere to environmental regulations and sustainability best practices.
Once the site is fully cleared, we will be in an excellent position to commence piling works next week, one of the most significant stages in the project’s timeline. The piling process is a critical step, laying the foundation for the entire structural framework of the development. It involves driving deep foundation supports into the ground to provide the stability and load-bearing capacity needed for the buildings to stand the test of time. Our engineers and construction teams will be working in close coordination to execute this stage with absolute precision, ensuring that every pile is driven to the correct depth and alignment.
Piling is a highly specialised process that requires expert planning and execution, and we’re proud to have an experienced team overseeing this phase. Their expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity of the foundation, setting a strong base for the construction work to follow. The efficiency of this phase will also influence the momentum of the entire build, so every detail is being carefully considered to maintain progress without disruption.
As we move forward, we remain committed to keeping all stakeholders informed with regular updates on key milestones. The transformation of this site is already well underway, and we are excited to see our vision for the development taking shape.
