Cavendish Waters Construction Update - September 2023

A huge welcome to our September update for Cavendish Waters Liverpool project – providing much needed quality homes on the banks of the Leeds Liverpool canal in the city centre.

As stated in our previous update, our ground investigation team have carried out further ground investigation trial pits to determine the sub strata in various key areas of the site. The team hit several unforeseen obstructions in the ground, and require an alternative rig to overcome these issues. The results will be with us by the end of this month. Should the report state what we expect, it will save significant time on the build programme, and reduce removal of waste to landfill.

This draws us to a start on site with our groundworks team in October 23 causing a slight delay to our proposed commencement date, but we still anticipate a target completion date of Q4 2024.

We can also confirm that the 10 year structural warranty and building control inspectors are lined up to commence inspections on site.

We cannot wait to break ground on yet another prestigious scheme in our enviable portfolio!
