Bijou Construction Update - March 2022

Works are progressing well on all three blocks, with the external envelope complete and watertight for internal works to escalate. 

All structural elements are in place to the satisfaction of Building Control, with decoration and floor finishes currently working down from the top floors, in a chronological fashion behind final wet trades and joinery.

The final piece of the jig saw will see the fixing of pre-finished door sets, and individual furniture items and kitchens to all areas commencing mid-March, on target for completion April 22.
