Work has been progressing well at our flagship project in the centre of Liverpool at Bastion Point. We are thrilled to share that we are now on the second-floor of the building, with the transfer slab now complete after the final concrete pour this week.
The erection of the SFS (steel framed sections) framework will commence this coming Monday, September 11th, with our specialist subcontractor set to complete all structural elements associated with the floors and roof within the next 16 weeks.
The Integritas Team have diligently reassessed the building programme and resequencing of works to fit with the SFS programme alongside our principal contractor, Abrey Construction, to maintain completion by March 2024. All elemental packages are in place to run concurrently to mitigate adding any further time to the programme.
We are proud of our involvement in delivering this prestigious scheme, providing much-needed high-quality residential accommodation to the heart of Liverpool. In our next update, we will continue to highlight the progress of the SFS steel framework and the following works to come including Masonry and 1st Fit M&E.
