Bastion Point Liverpool - October Update 2023

We extend a warm welcome to our esteemed investors and prospective clients as we provide you with an October update on our flagship project, Bastion Point, nestled in the heart of Liverpool.

We’re thrilled to announce a significant milestone achieved: the completion of the concrete frame and transfer slab works, along with the commencement of the SFS steel frame installation. Our specialised steel contractor is diligently working towards finishing before the Christmas break, including the completion of the roof structure. Furthermore, progress is underway with our aluminium window order, with the first delivery expected to arrive in January 2024.

In the coming weeks, we eagerly anticipate the arrival of our brickwork contractor, who will initiate work on both the external facing brick walls and internal block-work. Once the third floor takes shape, we’ll be ready to commence first fix partitions, electrical and plumbing installations, aligning with our target completion date of March 2024.

Over the next few weeks, we anticipate remarkable progress that will be visible to all. The Integritas Team is excited to share this positive news in our forthcoming updates.
