Bastion Point Liverpool - November Update 2023

Greetings to all our esteemed investors and potential clients! In this November update, we are excited to share the latest developments regarding our flagship project, Bastion Point, located in the vibrant heart of Liverpool.

Building upon our previous update, progress is proceeding at an impressive pace. The steel formed sections are advancing smoothly and are on track to be completed by the end of the year.

We have successfully completed the second floor, with the concrete floor slab in place. Simultaneously, the construction of the third-floor perimeter walls are progressing, and skilled bricklayers are on-site, commencing work on blockwork walls.

Our upcoming milestone involves commencing work on first fix partitions, closely followed by electrical and plumbing first fix and containment, which is set to commence in the next two weeks.

Our efforts are continuously monitored and inspected by our structural warranty provider, Advantage AHCI, as well as by building control inspectors from Assent.

Off-site, our commercial teams are in the final stages of negotiations with our preferred local kitchen supplier, as well as suppliers for internal and external doors and windows. Furthermore, the order for the passenger lift has already been placed.

In the coming weeks, we anticipate that progress will continue at an impressive pace, visible to all. The Integritas team is eagerly anticipating the rising of this remarkable project, contributing to the already remarkable Liverpool skyline.
