Bastion Point Development Update - June 2024

We are pleased to share the latest update on the construction progress at Bastion Point. The project is advancing smoothly, with significant milestones achieved and our sights set on the upcoming completion in July. We are excited to announce that all brickwork across the site is now 100% complete. It’s great to now see the building in it’s finished form, and the whole team couldn’t be happier with the final result.

Work on the internal finishes is progressing well. Our dedicated team is diligently working on final finishes, ensuring IPG’s high-quality standards are met throughout the building. Each apartment is starting to take its final shape, and the attention to detail is evident in every corner.

The final building sign-offs are currently in progress. This crucial phase involves thorough inspections and quality checks to ensure that every aspect of the construction meets the necessary regulations and standards. Our commitment to excellence remains our top priority as we approach the completion date.

We are delighted to confirm that all works are continuing on schedule. With the project nearing its final stages, we are confident in meeting our targeted completion in July. The coordinated efforts of our construction team, contractors, and partners have been instrumental in keeping the project timeline intact.
