Bastion Point Development Update - July 2024

Hello investors,

I am excited to provide you with the latest update on the progress made at Bastion Point following our last completion video. As shown in the images below, the project is close to hand-over, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished building.

Bastion Point is almost ready to welcome its first group of tenants, with lettings already underway through Curlett Jones. We have, unfortunately, encountered a minor delay due to some additional steps required before finalising the building.

Firstly, we’re happy to announce that we have scheduled dates for the completion of each apartment. This critical stage will help us move forward with the sign-off process at Bastion Point. These dates will ensure that all parties, including service providers, lettings and building management, are well-informed and can plan accordingly.

Additionally, we have established a clear plan for the energisation of the building, which has now been scheduled. This vital step will allow us to swiftly and efficiently complete the remaining connection work.

Once the energisation is complete, we will be able to power up the building and conduct the final tests and inspections necessary to ensure a safe and fully operational environment.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make these final adjustments. The whole team here look forward to working towards our end of August completion, and we remain dedicated to delivering a high-quality living space that meets all expectations for both investors and tenants alike.
