Bastion Point Development Update - Feb 2024

Hello investors,  Adam Ross here from Integritas Property Group. It is with great pleasure that I bring you the February update from our flagship development, Bastion Point.

As you can see from the image below, there has been some amazing progress achieved here over the last four weeks. All of the external walls have now been completed across the building, with the colonnade details to be added to the exterior shortly. The finalised outer walls have now created a perfect barrier to protect the interior space, as we continue our internal fitout.

To the roof, the guide decking has been installed, which then enables the final concrete pour, finishing the final roof structure. With the building topping out, this stage represents a key achievement for the project as we move closer to completion. Inside the building, many of the essential service connections have been completed.

As you can see from the images below, the orange pipes which provide water for the sprinkler systems have now been installed. A wide array of plumbing and electrical services have also been completed. Many of the apartments’ plumbing points have also been mapped into the building, enabling the onsite team to prepare the spaces for first fix of appliances.

So, as you can see, a great start to the year here at Bastion Point. We’d once again like to say thank you for your ongoing support from all of us here at IPG. We look forward to bringing you the next update at this exciting Liverpool development in four weeks’ time.
