Bastion Point Development Update - April 2024

Welcome to the April update from our amazing Liverpool residential development, Bastion Point.

One of the most visually striking advancements on-site is the substantial completion of the brickwork. A large area of the façade now proudly showcases the meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail that define Bastion Point. Moreover, the removal of a sizeable portion of the scaffold further unveils the architectural beauty of the building, signaling significant progress in the construction process.

Inside the building, progress is equally impressive. The second fix has commenced throughout the entirety of Bastion Point, marking a crucial phase in transforming the interior spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.

Another noteworthy achievement is the complete enclosure of all staircases within the building. This crucial step not only enhances the safety and accessibility of the structure but also adds to the overall aesthetic appeal of Bastion Point.

Efforts to enhance energy efficiency and thermal comfort have also been underway, with the delivery and installation of insulation for the external walls. This proactive measure underscores our commitment to sustainability and creating environmentally conscious living spaces.

The kitchens have been successfully delivered onsite, ready to be installed and contribute to the functionality and elegance of the living spaces. Additionally, offsite, the manufacturing of lifts is underway, promising further advancements in accessibility and convenience for future residents.
