Bastion Point Construction update - January 2024

Hello investors, it gives me great pleasure to bring you the first development update of 2024 at our flagship development, Bastion Point, located in the centre of Liverpool.

2024 is set to be a pivotal year here at IPG, with a large number of our sites completing over the coming 12 months. Bastion Point will be the first of this group, with an anticipated completion target of March/April of this year.

Works onsite are progressing at an exceptional pace, with the building now gaining a further two floors since our previous update. The building is set to top out towards the end of January, with the roof set to be fully installed.

Across the site, M&E works have started to take shape as we look to prepare the building to receive its internal fitout components. 

Behind the scenes, our commercial team continue to manage the supply of all the important internal finishes to ensure each new apartment is delivered to the specification as outlined in our previous renders.

With the whole project moving forward on the planned schedule, completions are expected to commence in March with an aim for all to be handed over by April.
